• The referral partner provides accurate client information.
• The client has a legitimate project requirement.
• Everincodeh has not previously engaged with the same client.

3. Acceptable Lead Sources

Referral partners may discover potential clients from various sources including freelance platforms, social networks, and professional contacts.

• Startup communities and founder networks
• Personal or business connections

4. Referral Submission Process

Referral partners must submit the client information through the official Everincodeh referral submission form or introduce the client directly through a verifiable communication channel.

5. Referral Ownership Policy

If multiple partners submit the same client referral, ownership of the referral will be granted to the partner who submitted the lead first. The submission timestamp will be used to determine referral ownership.
