Everincodeh Referral Program Policy
The Everincodeh Referral Program allows individuals, freelancers, consultants, agencies, and professionals to introduce potential clients who require software development, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, or technology consulting services. - The referral partner provides accurate client information.
- The client has a legitimate project requirement.
- Everincodeh has not previously engaged with the same client.
3. Acceptable Lead Sources

Referral partners must submit the client information through the official Everincodeh referral submission form or introduce the client directly through a verifiable communication channel.
- Submit the referral through the official referral page
- Provide client contact details and project requirements
- Include any relevant links or supporting information
5. Referral Ownership Policy
If multiple partners submit the same client referral, ownership of the referral will be granted to the partner who submitted the lead first. The submission timestamp will be used to determine referral ownership.
6. Commission Eligibility
Referral partners may receive a commission when a referred client signs a project agreement with Everincodeh and makes the first successful payment.
- Commission percentage depends on the project agreement
- Commission is paid after project payment is received
- Payment terms will be confirmed with the referral partner
7. Platform Compliance
Referral partners must ensure that their client introductions comply with the policies of any platform where the lead originated. Everincodeh does not encourage violating platform policies or contractual obligations.
